Here you will find all the information you need for a booking a safari.
If you would like any help organising a Diving Safari, please contact us by email. All our boats are available for a full charter reservation. For individual information, price information and reservation please use our request form.

General Information

  • to participate in the dives in the marine park (Brother Islands, Daedalus Reef, Rocky Island and Zabargad Island) 50 logged dives are required 
  • If you would like to rent equipment e.g. lamp, dive computer, BCD, wetsuit, regulator or special tanks (15l, steel tank), please let us know and we will organise everything for you
  • Please remember your diving license and medical certificate, and also any special license, such as for Nitrox diving, in order to obtain permission to dive

Booking Terms

Terms of payment

With fixed booking 25% deposit becomes due immediately.
The booking is confirmed after receipt of the deposit on our
bank account. We will then send a confirmation note.
The remaining sum becomes due 6 weeks before start.
Any transfer fees to be paid by the account holder.

 

cancellation fees:
2 or less weeks before departure: 100% of the safari price
2-6 weeks before safari: 75%

6-10 weeks before starting: 50 %
10 or more weeks: 25 %

our Service

Inclusive:

  • Transfer from the airport to the boat and back
  • 6 days on board including full board, snacks, coffee, tea, mineral water
  • 3-4 dives per day (depending on weather, route, experience)
  • 2 dives on the last day
  • Dive guide, weights, 12l aluminum tanks
  • last night on board or in a 3* hotel

 

Exclusive:

  • Flight
  • Visa, return flight confirmation, airport assistance
  • Environmental tax and marine park fees
  • rental equipment
  • 15l tanks
  • alcoholic beverages (beer, wine)

Organizational

In order that your arrival and departure are as smooth and pleasant as possible, we need to receive the following at least 2 weeks before your safari starts:

  • Surname, first name(s)
  • Nationality
  • Passport number
  • Airline and flight number
  • arrival time
  • departure time

All additional costs are to be paid locally in cash. We regret that no credit or debit cards can be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

We reserve to ourselves the right to change your booking from one safari boat to another within the same class if the need arises to do so.
